David Brooks has been defending criminal cases for 35 years. He has defended many homicide cases, and is one of few defense attorneys qualified and experienced to provide Death Penalty defense. He has conducted many dozens of jury trials. Expertise extends into all forensic sciences, and application of mental health defenses and mitigation. He works closely with a number of specialized experts and investigators.
